The Solana Seeker is here. (Shipping has begun)
🔮 What is @solanamobile • Solana Seeker is the official name for Solana Mobile’s “Seeker” smartphone, a next-generation, crypto-native device built for Web3. • It’s designed to give users direct access to the Solana blockchain through a secure hardware wallet (Seed Vault), a decentralized app store, and on-chain identity features. • The Seeker builds on the success of Solana’s first phone (Saga) and represents a major step toward fully decentralized, censorship-resistant mobile computin shipped globally and integrated with the broader Solana ecosystem.
🔮 Shipping • Shipping has already started officially beginning on August 4, just as announced. • Many people have already received tracking IDs, and deliveries are underway to more than 50 countries. • It’s not about who ordered first; delivery times will vary depending on your country and other logistics. • However, if you order now, it’s obvious that you’ll receive your device later than others.
🔮 Saga Success • Saga was the first generation of Solana phones, and it came with strong airdrops. • For example, users received 30M $BONK, which at its ATH was worth around $1,500, among other rewards clearly enough to cover the cost of the phone. • Of course, since the supply of Solana Seeker is much larger, the rewards will likely be smaller, but still meaningful.
🔮 Mobile Info • Here are the technical specs for those interested: • Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 7300 (8-core) • Memory: 8GB RAM + 128GB UFS 3.1 • Display: 6.36″ AMOLED, 2670×1200 resolution, 120Hz refresh • Camera: 108MP rear + 32MP front + additional rear lens • Battery: 4500mAh + wireless charging • Connectivity: 5G, Wi-Fi 6, eSIM + nano SIM, Bluetooth 5.4 • Security: Side fingerprint sensor with Seed Vault Wallet support • Build: 154.8mm × 73.5mm × 9.3mm
🔮 Seeker Hub • @SolanaFloor has created a tool that lets you track all the latest news and updates about the Seeker Mobile in real time. • Just go to the link below to see airdrops, their amounts, updates, and more: •
🔮 $SKR • The $SKR token will not be airdropped automatically to your device. • Instead, the team allows you to earn it by actively using the phone and contributing to the ecosystem for example, by building dApps. • This is a great approach since it keeps the token from just being dumped and instead makes it a core part of the ecosystem.
🔮 Just a Reminder • You’re not buying this phone for the airdrops. There will likely be people disappointed by smaller airdrops, but that’s not the main point. • You should use the phone as your daily device the airdrops are simply a bonus. • Where else can you find a phone that might pay for itself? Nowhere.
