Instead of waiting for quality content to magically appear, they're teaching yappers how to make good PayFi content.
What they'll probably include:

> Content coordination
> Real feedback loops
In combination with the aug 1st HUMA staking requirement filters out opportunists.
Every project should be doing this instead of hoping good content just happens.
