How do I verify my identity with Singpass?
You can quickly verify your identity by setting up your Singpass App with an active login. The entire process takes about 5 minutes to complete, with most reviews finalized in as little as 2 minutes for standard cases.
Data usage adheres strictly to Singpass Terms of Use and is solely utilized for identity verification in accordance with compliance requirements.
Getting started
Authenticate and connect with Singpass
At the identity verification phase, you're requested to provide information details such as identity and selfie verification. Select Verify now
Kickstart your verification process by selecting Verify Now
Select Singpass as ID Type to start the Singpass verification journey
Select your ID type as Singpass
Select the QR code to redirect to Singpass App
Tap the QR code to proceed to the log in phase
Once you're in the app, it'll load a page that'll ask for your permission to log in, so select Approve
Approve the log in to the Singpass profile
A page with Singpass' terms and conditions will be loaded, select I Agree to complete with the authentication
Agree with the sharing of your details with Singpass
You'll be redirected to the Singpass successful notification page, select Next to proceed to the next phase
Complete your Singpass authentication process by selecting Next
Face authentication process on OKX platform
You'll be prompted to take a selfie, select Next
Proceed to the selfie process to verify your account
Take selfie for verification, wait up to 2 minutes to get the result
Hold the phone still once you've got your face fully in the capture area
Select Continue at the home page to proceed
Continue to the identity validation page to confirm your details
Validate your personal info
Complete your identity verification by updating the personal info and reason for use
Proceed to complete your details update by selecting Next
